Information handled by the site

When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical request and security information needed to deliver and protect it. This can include the requested page, date and time, IP address, browser or device information, and security signals.

When you send an inquiry, we receive:

  • your first name and email address;
  • the short note you submit;
  • the page URL, available referrer, and campaign parameters;
  • submission time and a generated inquiry reference;
  • a short-lived Cloudflare Turnstile verification token used to protect the form from automated abuse.

A short note is enough. Do not include diagnoses, medical history, medication details, trauma details, or other sensitive health information. The inquiry form is not intended to collect health records or provide emergency support.

Why we use this information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, consider whether a first conversation may be appropriate, and take steps you request before any service relationship is formed. The intended legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We use proportionate technical and security information to operate the site, protect the inquiry form, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain necessary records. The intended legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and any legal obligation that applies under Article 6(1)(c).

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, confirm fit or availability, or create a booking. The receipt email only confirms that the inquiry reached the delivery workflow. This site does not collect payment or complete bookings on www.flexuszone.com.

Service providers and recipients

Access is limited to Klaus and the authorized marketing/operations administrator at Toothy Grin Marketing LLC. We use:

  • Cloudflare to host, deliver, and protect the site, run the inquiry endpoint, and provide Turnstile abuse protection;
  • Twilio SendGrid to deliver the operator notification and your transactional receipt;
  • the provider of the monitored inquiry mailbox;
  • Toothy Grin Marketing LLC, 300 N Center St, Ste 6, Casper, WY 82601, United States, to administer the website, inquiry workflow, email systems, and related business operations on Klaus's instructions.

These providers process information under their service and data-protection terms. We do not sell or rent inquiry information. We do not use an inquiry as permission to add you to a marketing list.

International processing

Cloudflare and Twilio operate internationally, and Toothy Grin Marketing LLC administers the inquiry systems from the United States. Information may therefore be processed outside Portugal or the European Economic Area. Where required, provider terms and the controller-processor arrangements use appropriate transfer safeguards, which may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

Retention

If an inquiry does not become an active working relationship, we delete the inquiry correspondence six months after the last substantive contact, unless a shorter deletion request can be honored or a legal reason requires limited information to be kept longer.

If a working relationship begins, relevant information moves to the separate client-record schedule described at that stage. Provider security and delivery metadata follows the applicable provider/account retention settings. We keep only what is needed for the stated purpose and periodically remove material that is no longer needed.

Analytics and cookies

At the date of this policy, the site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or non-essential analytics cookies. Cloudflare and Turnstile may process technical information required to deliver and protect the site. If non-essential analytics is introduced, this section and any required choice mechanism will be updated before collection begins.

Your rights

Subject to the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • give you access to personal information held about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete information;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • provide applicable information in a portable form;
  • explain the safeguards used for an international transfer.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. The current service inquiry is not a marketing-consent flow.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify the request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal's supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), through https://www.cnpd.pt/cidadaos/participacoes/.

No automated decisions or emergency service

The inquiry is reviewed by a person. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

This site is not an emergency or crisis service and does not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services where you are located.
